Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms cover two things: using this website, and engaging Brew Automation Works ("Brew", "we", "us") for a project. By using this site or working with us, you're agreeing to them.

Using this site

brewautomationworks.in is provided as-is, to describe what we do and let you get in touch. We've tried to make sure everything on it is accurate, but we don't guarantee it's error-free or uninterrupted, and we may update or change the site at any time.

Engaging us for a project

Every engagement (the audit, what gets built, the timeline, and the cost) is agreed with you individually before any work starts. Nothing on this website is a fixed price list or a binding quote; it's a description of what we can build. A specific scope and cost are only confirmed once we've understood your business.

Payment

We charge for the work of building and configuring an automation for your business: a one-time or milestone-based project cost, not a recurring subscription for using it, unless we've explicitly agreed otherwise with you (for example, ongoing maintenance you've asked for).

Ownership

Once a project is paid for and delivered, what we build for you (the workflow, the configuration, the content) is yours. We don't hold your automation, your customer data, or your WhatsApp number hostage to keep using it.

What we promise, and what we don't

We build every automation carefully and test it before it goes live, and we stand behind the quality of that work. What we won't do is promise a specific number (more bookings, more revenue) because that depends on your market and your customers as much as it depends on the automation. What we will promise is that it does exactly what we agreed it would do, and that we're a message away if it doesn't.

Where responsibility sits

We take full responsibility for the quality and reliability of what we build for you. Like any technology partner, we can't take on responsibility for indirect losses outside our control: the standard language you'd expect from any serious vendor. Nothing here reduces any protection the law already gives you.

If we ever don't see eye to eye

We don't expect this to come up, but if it ever does, these terms are governed by the laws of India, with Gurugram, India as home base for resolving it: the same place we run this business from.
